Welcome to ResinAble Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of our handmade silicone molds and custom 3D figurines. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Overview

This website is operated by ResinAble Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ResinAble Studio. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Custom Orders & Design Approvals

For personalized items (including Custom Pop Style and Chibi Style Figurines):

• Image Submission: Customers must provide clear, accurate reference photos and descriptions upon placing an order. We are not responsible for design inaccuracies resulting from low-quality, blurry, or ambiguous reference materials.

• The Approval Process: We provide a digital 3D preview of your custom design prior to printing. Once you explicitly approve this preview, the design is locked. No further modifications, structural changes, or redesigns can be requested after approval.

• Production Timeline: Our standard custom processing time is approximately 2–3 weeks following your digital design approval. This timeline is an estimate and may vary slightly based on seasonal order volume.

3. Intellectual Property

• Our Designs: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, 3D model designs, product descriptions, website layouts, and unique silicone mold patterns, is the exclusive intellectual property of ResinAble Studio and is protected by United States copyright laws.

• Restrictions: Purchasing a silicone mold from us grants you the right to use the physical mold for your personal or commercial resin/crafting projects. You are strictly prohibited from duplicating, cloning, 3D scanning, or casting our physical molds to resell them as molds, or replicating our proprietary 3D master files for digital resale.

4. Commercial Use of Molds

Buyers are fully permitted and encouraged to sell the physical resin pieces, art, or crafts they cast using our silicone molds. However, the commercial license is strictly limited to the cast outputs—the structural mold design itself remains the property of ResinAble Studio.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email provided at the time the order was made.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

• Our silicone molds and figurines are handcrafted items. Minor cosmetic variations or microscopic surface variations are inherent to the handmade manufacturing process and do not constitute defects.

• ResinAble Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of our products, including but not limited to injuries or material failures resulting from improper resin mixing, extreme temperatures, or unsafe handling of materials inside our molds.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which ResinAble Studio operates.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website.
